This exterior renovation project took place in 2023. This home’s project started on the outside, receiving fresh stone pathways and a walk-up that enhanced the home’s entryway. Additionally, we rejuvenated and extended the rear patio to transform an outdoor space inviting area that added comfort, and functionality, and improved the owner’s use of the space dramatically. While the outside was being completed we renovated the second-floor bathroom, converting one bathroom into two full baths.

Next, we move on to the interior of the home. We successfully created a full master bathroom, and half bathroom by utilizing what available space we could, all without losing hallway or bedroom space.
